I use an older platform...unable to use IM now they locked me out... worked perfectly before.

it's much worse than before. not that they listen. this is a total "take the money and run" site. run that credit card and its fuck us all after that.

Many messages don't go through, and notifications are terrible when they do work. I liked it when it showed missed messages as well  . new one is totally a flop. layout is good but beyond that.........

It's probably worse than what they replaced it with. Which is impressive, given it wasn't very good to begin with. That seems like something that should have been easy to fix....

No real improvement in any way I can tell. It has its own issues that I don;t think they planned on like it switches you to "busy" if you simply refresh your main profile page or try to do anything else on the site as well as chat simultaneously. Ooops...

At $100 per year the site is doing well for not working properly

I am a former gold member under another user name, since I rejoined as a standard member I can't do shit. The cost for becoming a gold member is ridiculous. The last time I renewed my old gold membership I got it for $7 a month for 12 months. I hate to sound so cheap but $20 a month for a site that doesn't work half the time and half of who's members seem to work for the site with no other reason than to make you use your points, buy more points or get you to buy other shit isn't worth it. This used to be a really good site but I agree with some other comments that I have read, I think the demise of this site is soon at hand.

I hate it. Whether the glitches are fixed or not, it's terrible. The old IM was so much easier.

I'm confused here.Is there a reason why people would rather use a system that's never been reliable. I never sent any and the ones I received were of the standard predictable nonsense.I do remember it very well for a rather large amount of negative back and forth and ghosting reports often posted on blogs rather regularly. Using more than all the road!
