As much as I love my truck...

I had to go buy a mini truck. Gas is killing me even with the new lower prices. So, I have put Big Red into storage and bought a little gold S-10 extended cab. Cute little truck actually but the real appeal is the 20 miles per gallon vs. the 9 I was getting. So, Big Red will sit and wait until the next mud bog before I hop behind the wheel. Good thing I put on the super swampers. The S-10 came with new tires so I am all set, but damn the view is different at this level. LOL! Hope all is well, ladies and gents. Miss you much!

I think we looked into an S-10 when T had to downsize. His F-350 was just guzzling too much gas for how much he had to drive for his job every day. It cut our fuel bill in half to switch. We went with a Ford Ranger because it had more leg room. My legs were too long for the S-10. lol

At least you only had to garage Red and not get rid of it. You can still take it out to play!

 Tweety bird truck. LMFAO! Actually, I almost bought it in yellow too but went for the gold one instead. Now wouldn't that have been ironic?

They actually tried to stick me in a Ford, but I told them I wouldn't be caught dead in a Ford. Sorry Ford lovers, but I have owned 4 and had nothing but problems with them all.

Yes, Big Red and the super swampers lie in wait for the next mud bog. Can't wait to compete with her.
