I never realized how hard that simple thing can be. I have to give kudos to those who can manage it. I only managed to get one half-way decent on after about 20 or so tries. Ahh well, at least now there is a body to go with the description.

If you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning.

try using a large mirror.You can vary the angle to keep your camera or phone out of view.

I've taken a few passable shots, out of a larger number total. The joy of digital photography is that you can delete the ones that aren't worth keeping and tweak the usable ones fairly easily.
