Many of you may not know this...but a couple of years ago, I was running a chain of beauty-salons... The boss wanted me to be hands on so I can understand and better plan training for the therapists...and to answer customers' questions / complains...plus to keep a consistent standard...I had to undergo a partial massage (just the neck and upper back...) from each of the girls once a week...may not sound like much...but there were 37 girls...at 15 minutes per person...I was getting around 2 hours of 'massage' a day...all the while trying to read and process my paperwork... Now...some of you may think this is fun...but remember these massages were on the same part of my body...my neck was permanently bruised during the first three weeks of the trial...  Discussed with the boss and she thought maybe getting facial from them instead was a good idea...hmmm...as an idea...it was on par with going inside an active volcano to BBQ cucumbers ...was there an insurance plan for skin graft to my face when they are done?? Anyhoo...I suggested massage once a month...at least give my back time to recover...and she agreed. As time passed, we received more complaints from customers (quite expected really...since I was stupid enough to start a 'complaints' desk...) about breasts firming, slimming, waxing (esp. Brazilian...), pimple-removal and IPL that didn't work...suffice to say, I saw more armpits, fat-tummies, breasts and wax-lines than most doctors... I also learnt that when people are upset, they really don't care who they show what to...and to prove their point..I was often encouraged to "go ahead...touch it and feel that hairs' still there" ...or.."do these breasts feel firmer to you at all?"... But mostly...customers didn't think our massage was up to scratch.... (to be continued...) . . . . . . . (cont) Well...this I didn't understand...since the massage I got from the girls have been fairly consistent...needed Da man to delve in further. After meeting the boss on this issue...two things were set up... one...I underwent a crash-course on the type of body massage we advertised (the boss was the teacher, with me as the student and one of our staff the training aid...*sigh*...as much as all the girls profess they enjoyed working under me and will give up life and limb for me and I shouldn't doubt their loyalty etc...to get a volunteer who would go under my tender hands was like asking them to sleep with Jabba the Hutt...I mean...she didn't even have to be totally naked for crying out loud..) (cont) After two sessions and a long debrief...I figured out the problem...the good masseuses were over-used and they were tired by their 4th of 5th clients...instead of 'cheating' by using their forearm and knuckles sometimes (even though the company's method is fingers and palms only...), they used their fingers which were spent... So in the third session...I did an unauthorised manoeuvre...I demo-ed the move to the therapist on duty...the client liked it and almost begged me to continue...when I refused, she too refused to let the therapist touch her again...without a choice, I relented...and took over the rest of the massage... From there...through word of mouth...more and more clients asked my boss to let me do their massage...wonder why?? Anyhoo...long story made less long...after discussions with the boss, we agreed that I'll do only one session a day since I have other duties to carry out...and as anyone with a little math background can tell us...I was quickly fully booked for the week and later for the next three to four weeks... It was fun for me...but better for the clients...they no longer feel the need to wear those ridiculous paper panties...plus many made the start of each massage a complaint session...I guess they figured I'll be putting my hands all over them while they are naked...why not show me what went wrong in their other treatments too... Well...standing in front of a naked woman who refused to lie down...but instead tugged my hand towards her breasts was a situation I have some experience in before joining the company...so I took it rather well... This went on for a few days...and I got bolder...no longer teasing their inner thighs to incite a reaction...I would 'accidentally' move too far up and nudged their very sensitive areas...it was not done so much as a sexual act, but for my enjoyment at seeing them 'jump'...heh heh...nasty I admit...but they enjoyed it too...
