Getting a new biz started!

Getting a new biz started! In the process of starting a new personal biz for myself. Canvas work on boats, camper canvas , awnings, bimini's, some seats etc... I have always enjoyed sewing, I use to make outfits for exotic dancers. Plus I have made and continue to make many of my own outfits. I can and have done sofa's before but it requires to much stregnth to pull n tug. "But canvas is much better." I am currently working on the canvas on our houseboat! I was afraid getting this started would take awhile. However I have 2 jobs waiting as soon a I finish my own stuff. Not long ago I found out I have ADHD. Which now in hindsight makes sense. LOL Now I can use it to my advantage! Funniest thing is.....most everyone allready knew it about me but nobody ever thought to clue me in on it! I kinda always knew I marched to the beat of a diffrent drummer but only just found out is was not just a diffrent dummer but a whole diffrent band! So if anyone is in need of boat work just give me a shout. |

Congrats on the new biz...I re-did our old boat about 5 years ago...and I wa not good at it..could have used an expert like you! First time to the blog, I'll be back and hope that you will pop in mine as well....

This is so odd i was going to do the same thing because when i was in the marines i went to school to learn how to sow on canvas and just about anything else i can also repair the machines,but i also went to school for construction and maintenance of buildings so that is what i do now self employed also and i also have ADHD but there is no better way to work then for yourself.Good luck
