quando io sono in cam , visto che lascio la libertà di entrare a tutti , potrei chiedere di bussare , o di chiedere il permesso ,
ma dato che io non lo faccio ,

but since I do not do it,

voi potreste almeno mantenere un minimo di rispetto , ma sicuramente di non disturbare .

you could at least maintain a minimum level of respect, but certainly not to disturb.
