Exercise makes sex better, and it's no surprise the two are related: After all, sex is a physical activity requiring muscular strength and endurance. Squats with kegels
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms out in front of you.
2. Slowly bend knees until waist is nearly same height as knees. Hold for 5 counts, tightening your pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle (what you squeeze when you want to stop a stream of urine). Return to starting position.
Reps: 20

Bridge pose
1. Lie on back, knees bent, feet on floor, palms down beside hips.
2. Tightening your glutes, abs, and pelvic muscles, lift hips and back off floor. Hold for 3 counts, then lower without letting butt touch floor.
Reps: 20

Corkscrew
1. Lie faceup on the floor, palms down beside hips, legs together and raised perpendicular to floor.
2. Keeping upper body still, twist lower body to right, lifting hips slightly off floor. Return to center, lower hips, then repeat to left.
Reps: 20
