A Different Christmas Again This Year

We started delivering gifts to her sister and her partner Xmas Eve who are mostly isolating. Went to D's place for super and gift opening. Woke up there and eventually home to have one of my daughters over for supper and to meet Diane. All in all a much better Xmas than ones before I met Diane.

Yes, I am grateful my daughter is here. My son lives on the other side of the country and unable to be here. I am sure your family get together went well. Continued blessings 🙏 and good times to you and your lovely Diane.

 The "flurona" was residing where we were supposed to go for Christmas, so, our plans were nixed. We ended up streaming all day and I cooked. Not really a bad day. Tho, I would have absolutely much preferred to be with a few of my chosen family ...

IT's sad that so many had to forgo their special get-togethers again this season. Omicron is out of control here and we have had to take a huge step back with restrictions being implemented. I am happy to have gotten my booster on December 15 and to be taken a winter break from working.
Let's hope 2022 is a better year for everyone and we can get on with our lives.
