Polite vs. Honest

So there is a guy I hook up with from time to time who is smokin hot but a horrible kisser. I enjoy kissing but with him it's uncomfortable and awkward. He shoves his tongue down my throat every time which is a huge turnoff for me. Everything else is fantastic...he's just really bad at kissing. How do I tell him this without hurting his feelings?

 Stop him mid kissing and tell him you would like it if you guys kissed less aggressively. Then show him what you like. I've had to do this with guys that are too rough while performing blow jobs on me. Good luck.
