Seeing The Land Before Time, An American Tale, and The Little Mermaid when they were originally released in the theaters.

Wearing those god-awful jelly sandals that almost always left the mother of all blisters on your heel and on the top of your foot, just under your big toe.

Pound puppies, cabbage patch kids, rainbow brite, my little pony, teddy ruxspin, and last but not least... Those strawberry shortcake (and friends) dolls that either smelled absolutely delicious or like dirty butt crack.

Jelly shoes should have put on the list of things not to buy, EVER! I saw the first Star Wars in the movie theater when it was originally released in the 70s. I thought WOW!!!!

when 5.00 of gas would fill your tank,

at a service station, not pumping your own.

when unleaded gas was new and a special choice.

using maps, not apps, for directions while travelling.

"well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"

I remember my family trip to California in 1976. My mother reading a map, we got lost a lot.

Listening to eight track tapes.

DonnaChang replies on 6/26/2018 6:09 pm:
I think there might still be some 8 track players out there somewhere.
