The first photo was taken horizontally.

The second photo was taken vertically. I don't know how to rotate the photo 90 degrees.

Nice. I had one come through my backyard last year. Unfortunately, taking a photo through the kitchen window didn't do justice to the scene.

That thought crossed my mind.

Canadian Thanksgiving came and went on October 14th.
American Thanksgiving and Christmas are on the horizon.

I went hunting to send you a pic of the flock that was parading my yard but I cant remember the folder it was in. Their feathers are quite pretty in the sunlight. Around here they are fearless and do not run when you approach- just keep on strutting.
PS A few of us have discovered cell phone photos frequently post "crocked" and I tried rotating them in the folder first and sometimes it works

Wow, it's that time of the year again
I think I may be the only one who doesn't like turkey, I prefer pork! It's the other white meat lol.

Thanks for your suggestion pocogato12. In the future, I'll try rotating a photo in the folder first.

I looked forward to the few times we had goose for Christmas dinner. I particularly liked the Russet apple stuffing, the crispness of the goose skin and the moist, flavourful goose flesh.
