Well well well......
Been ummm errrrrrr 8+ months since I posted here.
And even though I haven't really used this darn silver membership much this year I thought I should check in and decide if I wanted to pony up the money for another year.
I don't think I'll be attaining the heights my fellow bloggers that have been going for almost 2 years now and if Gay Hookup Zone even rewarding the most popular ones with memberships like they did that one time way back when??
No matter, I am well and have missed blogging here and those of you that I used to correspond with, I see some of you are still about, hopefully we can catch up 
Short for now, but I WILL check back in tonight or this weekend so say hello if you happen to see this, or I will come looking for you and say hi.

I'm going to keep this short......
Bella.... apparrently 'dissapeared' on Dec 22nd.
I have not read all the posts about this - but needless to say I have at times been a curious person and when things don't seem 'right' I can sometimes dig a lil and see what I find.
So here is what I found in my lil brief search for Bella.
You can still read her posts - or her most recent ones simply by going to the most popular search engine out there and searching for "Confessions Of An Italian" - then click on the CACHED copy stored on the site.
Upon further review of the hits that generated I found what surely is our short lost bella on alt dot com and looky - she visited that site (also owned by Gay Hookup Zone) on January nd.
This isn't the first time Bella has deleted her blog so I won't be surprised when it re-appears down the road. But for those needing your fix - I guess you can revisit her posts in the great googly cache or you can hop over to alt where she also appears to have a blog (but it hasn't been updated since July) - but - her profile there is not hidden so those with dual accounts could give her a shout I suppose.
More news when I dig some more (hmmm perhaps the tattler should be notified???)
If this is all 'old' news - then my apologies!!

My apologies to one and all - I haven't checked in in a couple of weeks. I will check my blog tomorrow and attempt to kiss some ass to make up for my being awol.
Nothing 'bad' - just the usual holiday bizzyness and company - my god I love my family but HATE when they stay over and cramp my 'style.' Not that I am doing anything other than getting online, but explaining to a sibling - or niece/nephew what Gay Hookup Zone is would not be an easy thing to do.
I hope that 2006 finds each and every one of you in good spirits and will check in asap

Ah well, the Colts lost today and if it had to happen to anyone I was glad it happened to San Diego since their QB has ties to Indiana (he played his college ball here).
And with that I will once again try to get this blog back to the introspective, thought provoking place that you all love. Ok, maybe not....
I will be trying one of those Chocolates tomorrow - tune in for the much anticipated 'after' picture

Actually I haven't had any of the Godiva yet....
But... if the Colts win tomorrow I will break them out and eat one as a victory celebration and include a picture of the actual piece with MY actual teeth marks in it.
Are you excited?
Will you be watching the NFL scores on Sunday and then running to Gay Hookup Zone to see if I have uploaded the picture yet?

As some of you know, I have a website that I run and make a lil money off of it with advertising.
One of my advertisers sent me a gift as a 'thank you' for a good year.
Whatever shall I do with a 60 piece box from the Godiva Platinum Collection?
I had never seen Godiva Chocolate up close before, I am going to feel guilty eating this stuff.

The one thing that stinks about being at the top of your area is that you have to fix things yourself when they screw up.
So that is what I have been doing.... fixing my screwed up system with no one to help me out but myself.
At least it has given me an excuse NOT to have to deal with anyone else (for now).

I've decided to hand over the 'policing' of Indiana profiles to this other guy.... [blog PostingSheriff] so from now on thats where the 'fake' profiles from around here will be posted.
I have been getting a few new visitors and I sure don't want them to think all I do is look for fakes on here.
Time to try to get some of the 'funny' back in my blog and maybe even a lil of the 'sexy' - wait - hmmm - that might be a bit tougher but I'll try!!!

We don't all have spare $$ but Gay Hookup Zone is kind enough to have things set up so you can get a month of Silver membership for free.
Have you ever noticed the 'points' thing on the left hand side of the main page? That is the place to start. If you can accumulate 2,200 points you can redeem them for one month of free Silver membership.
It will take a bit of work but it is possible. Here are some of the ways you can earn points (they are all listed when you click on the points link from the main page as well).
Upload a photo - it does not have to be a face picture - hell it can even be of your feet!! - (500 points max - 100 points for each photo-slot, awarded ONE time per slot.)
Upload a voice introduction - (70 points - one time thing)
Register on other sites - Gay Hookup Zone provides links to other sites where you can register - how easy os that? They are all free just like Gay Hookup Zone - and you get 300 points for each site up to a max of 1500 points.
Magazine: Reply to Questions (30 points per reply up to 300 points)
Vote on Replies to Questions (20 points per vote up to 200 points)
Add an article (30 points per article up to 300 points)
Vote on article (20 points per vote up to 200 points)

So what does all that add up to?
If you do EVERYTHING but join the other sites you should have 1570 points. So you need to join at least 3 of the sites they link to to put you over the top.
Is it worth the time? Thats up to you, but if you are curious to check out some of the profiles and be able to actually initiate some e-mails without paying - it seems like it woul dbe more than worth it

Had to post this - you know how when you log in you see a list of other members?
Today I am greeted with the picture to the left - twice - that's right - two profiles with the same picture (nothing unusual there) - side by side.
One 'lives' in South Bend, the other in Indy.
I have now reported both, we'll see how long the profiles last.

Another item.... when you are making fun of someone else's writing, make sure you spell the word grammar correctly. When you spell it grammer you kinda make yourself look silly.
I often make grammatical and/or spelling errors in my posts, and I know it.
