Erotic Hypnosis
Hypnosis has been used for many years to help people with many different issues. It has also been used for stage shows to make people do funny or erotic things on stage including orgasm. You have probably seen movies where someone is hypnotized into a deep trance and is under the control of the hypnotist. Let’s talk about what hypnotism really is, what it is not and how you can benefit from it erotically.
First of all hypnosis is not some deep trance where you are under control of the hypnotist. It is a naturally occuring state that occurs when your mind enters an alpha range of brainwave activity. You are still awake and aware but you focused only one thing. In this state of mind you are 200 times more susceptible to suggestions than when you are in a waking state.Some times during the hypnosis process, individuals will go into a deeper trance (delta or theta) but it is not necessary to enjoy the benefits of the hypnotic process.
Hypnosis is a naturally occuring process that happens to you everyday. For example when you drive to work on the same route everyday and when you arrive at work you do not remember the drive at all. This is because you have gone into a hypnotic trance. You are so used to driving the route that you just zone out what is going on around you and are only focused on driving the car. You also sometimes go into hypnotic trances when you are watching TV, playing sports or even video games. There is no magic or mysticsm about it. Hypnotism is a natual process.
A myth about hypnotism that is prepatueated by Hollywood is that when they are under hypnosis they are under total control of the hypnotist and will do everything the hypnotist says. This is one of the biggest fears people have about hynosis. The fact is that this is not true. You will not do anything or divulge any information that you do not want to during the hypnosis process. Let’s go back to our driving example. You are in a trance driving to work and someone brakes in front of you. You do not run into the back of them. You are aware of what is going on around you and you see the car and make the correct choice and step on your brakes. The same thing occurs during the hypnosis session. You are aware of what is going on around you and you can react to what is going on around you. This means that if you do not want to do something, your mind will react and you will not do what you are being told to do. You can also emerge from the hypnotic state anytime you want to.
All hypnosis is going into a natural state where you are aware of what is around you but are more susceptible to suggestions that can help improve your life because you are willing to improve your life. You are the one who has the power to resist any unwanted suggestions. Hypnotism is used everyday to help people do things like improving their sales skills, stop smoking, lose weight and improve sports performance. Hypnosis can also be used to improve sexual performance or just sex in general. This is what my blog is about. It will be about using hypnosis to improve sex.
