frustrating injury

So, I sprained an ankle at work St. Patrick's Day, fairly badly...things popped when it rolled over. It's beautiful outside...and I can't yet walk more than a few paces without stabby pain as the ankle makes like Rice Krispies.
I'm just whining...

darn deer. had one decide to try suicide by car this morning. It failed, as I was able to swerve enough that it (I'm guessing an antler-less male judging by how tall it was) only ran into my back door. Unfortunately, it hit hard enough to leave multiple dents and cracked a lot of paint, and might have damaged the rear bumper cover/fender connection. On a good note, my car insurance covers the rental I'll need while my cars gets body shopped

I was hoping to get in a 15 mile bike ride today...but bonked at mile 7. Luckily there are many places to head back home on the route I was taking. Long 6 miles in the wind after running out of energy.
I spent too much time this winter either seriously under the weather and sick, and then feeling sorry for myself and being a lazy face stuffing bum.
On a good note, no one tried to run me over

a not quite spring mtb ride

In hindsight, going out for a mtb ride was not the best idea. I expected the cold and the wind sucking. I also expected things to be much more frozen. What I found was snow, and ice, and where there wasn't snow or ice there was an inch or more of mud....over ice. Also, Gears don't shift well when covered in frozen mud and debris. Oh well. As a man once sang....I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike!
And I did

I turned off my Auto Renew...Gay Hookup Zone didn't like it

So, I turned off my AutoRenew as I don't like how Gay Hookup Zone alwasy seems to renew my subscription without asking me.
Now every time I log if I see this message:
