If you think you can ever dream up something erotic that no-ne else has thought about before, you have to think again. I keep being amazed.

A charming love scene from the Manchu period in China. What I love about Chinese erotic art is that it's so serene and smily. This couple seems to have a lovely time together, balanicing on that stool.
I would also call attention to the little apron worn by the lady. It's a tiny piece of silk underwear, and on a sensual female body it's one of the sexiest pieces of clothing ever invented.

And whoops! Another outdoor party, this one from Italy, painted almost 300 years ago. I look at this masterpiece and really miss the desolate hills in my native Central Europe where you can really get to it out in nature. I live in Shanghai now, where you can simply forget about that - if you can.

What's going to happen next in this 18th century French bedroom in front of the floor-to-ceiling mirror? Whatever it will be, it's left up to our imagination. And that's the greatest thing about it.

It was not yesterday that the Japanese started having good parties. This 18th century nobility in Edo seems to have thrown a neat little party for himself.

We all wish we had been there in Paris in 1925 when Eugene Reunier told his model to just do as usual and never mind the artist with the sketch pad. She is pleasing herself so beautifully, we can almost hear her.

China often seems quite square nowadays, but here is an example that Qing-dynasty people knew how to spend time outdoors. This is a 19th century illustration of our favourite doggy-style. Judging from the clothes and the situation, a rich guy having fun with a maid. Good tip for role-play.
